Deliverables: We used social media to identify and contact suitable participants and host an online focus group with the client observing and contributing questions in real time.
Requirements: A health care provider was looking for patient feedback about non emergency hospital transport.
Deliverables: We took a survey into 6 hospitals, surveyed patients, analysed results and presented findings.
Requirements: A Statutory service provider wanted to know why a new service was failing to attract subscribers online.
Deliverables: We tested the page’s usability and found a number of issues, prioritised and presented in a succinct report accompanied by video clips to illustrate issues.
Requirements: 500 paper surveys to be digitised, analysed and findings reported.
Deliverables We used a combination of voice and optical character recognition to process returns before analysing results and identifying significant findings.
